How do you get it so the blooms wont wilt? I still haven’t seen a solution
    to this online. Any ideas?

Place hydrangeas in a solution of 1 part glycerin to 3 parts water in a
vase… enjoy while preserving. The blooms stay soft and pliable (won’t
shatter) and I’ve had some done like this for several years and they’re
    still beautiful.
